Rise  ·  confidence workshops for young girls

Every girl already has it within her.

We just cultivate the space for her to step into it.

Hi, I'm Maddie.

Confidence isn't a finish line. It's something we continue to build and rebuild throughout our entire lives, and learning to keep showing up through that is one of the most valuable lessons I've learned. I grew up surfing competitively, where I learned early that setbacks are part of the process, and the step you take after one is what actually moves you forward. It's exactly why I do this work.

That's where Rise began. If confidence is something we develop and rebuild over a lifetime, then every girl deserves the chance to start early, with someone in her corner who truly believes in her.

Today, the heart of Rise is small-group workshops for girls ages 9 to 18. They're built on a single belief: every girl already has what she needs within her. My role is to help her see it for herself.

Rise & Shine

Three sessions online  ·  Girls ages 9 to 14

Here's a simple look at what your daughter will do over these next few weeks,
and what she'll walk away with.

  1. 1
    Session One · Online

    Knowing You

She'll name her own strengths and the values that matter most to her. Most girls have never said their strengths out loud, so we start right there. It's the foundation for everything that comes next.

  2. 2
    Session Two · Online

    Setting Real Goals

She'll turn a big dream into a goal she can actually chase: what she wants, by when, and why it matters. Then she maps the steps, names what might get in the way, and figures out who can support her. She leaves with three goals and a real plan.

  3. 3
    Session Three · Online

    Brave & Kind

She'll practice flipping her inner voice from critical to kind, and learn to be her own best friend. This is what helps her keep going when a goal gets hard, and see that she can feel scared and brave at the same time.

What she'll take home

  • Her own strengths and values, identified
  • Three real goals, written down
  • A step-by-step plan to reach them
  • A kinder, braver way of talking to herself
  • People she knows she can lean on
  • A clear picture of where she's headed
  • AgesGirls 9 to 14
  • Format3 online sessions
  • Session length45 minutes each
