Thank you so much for your interest! Here's a simple look at what your daughter will do over these few weeks, and what she'll walk away with.
She'll name her own strengths and the values that matter most to her. Most girls have never said their strengths out loud, so we start right there. It's the foundation for everything that comes next.
She'll turn a big dream into a goal she can actually chase: what she wants, by when, and why it matters. Then she maps the steps, names what might get in the way, and figures out who can support her. She leaves with three goals and a real plan.
She'll practice flipping her inner voice from critical to kind, and learn to be her own best friend. This is what helps her keep going when a goal gets hard, and see that she can feel scared and brave at the same time.
Small groups, real conversation, and a focus on helping her identify what she's had within her all along. We work on confidence, goal setting, and building a kinder inner voice.
These are conversations that spark something real. She'll walk away knowing more about who she is, and seeing how rad, resilient, and brave she's been all along. Any questions at all, just reach out. I'd love to tell you more.
